Dear Neighbor, What a busy month it has been, and this week Fall has officially arrived! The air’s cooler, the leaves are shifting, and throughout this weekend, Halloween fun awaits! In a few days we’ll turn the clocks back, and before we know it, we’ll be planning all manner of logistics and preparations for making our holidays bright! As the season shifts, I continue to be in love with my job; it’s about people, transitions, and the stories that homes hold and I’m grateful to walk alongside my clients in these moments. Now, you might not have guessed it, but if you’ve been thinking of moving before the holidays hit full-swing, now is an ideal window. “Why is that?” You might ask.
